Our Verification Process

Agents must meet our Minimum Selection Standards. All requirements must be verified. InterviewThree may request additional verification documentation if deemed necessary.
InterviewThree will further match agents with each buyer or sellers personal requirements. Examples may include specific neighborhood expertise, language skills and size of support team.

To remain in our agent membership, agents must maintain a minimum 4.75 (out of 5) Star Rating from previous Interview Three clients. We track the following 5 key areas:

We are an independent licensed broker intent on connecting the best local agents to homeowners seeking experience, expertise and proven results. We cut through the advertising clutter to find the truly superior local agents. We encourage homeowners to interview three top local agents and select the one they feel are most qualified to list their home or help with a purchase. If you prefer, we will send more or less agents to interview, based on your preference.
Where do the agents you refer come from?
The agents we refer may apply for consideration or will be contacted directly by Interview Three and interviewed to see if they match both our minimum requirements and your personal requirements. They are not part of a general database and they do not pay to be on our list.

How does Interview Three generate revenue?
There is no charge to the home seller for our services. Agents who accept our invitation to interview with homeowners pay us a referral fee should they complete a successful transaction. Agents appreciate a warm introduction and homeowners may use our services for no charge or obligation to use the agents we recommend.
How does the process work?
The first step is to take just a few minutes to complete our Find Top Agents Profile. Once we receive your profile, our team will research, interview and verify qualified agents. Since this is a hands-on process, most matches are usually delivered within 48 hours.
Do I have to interview all three agents?
No, you are welcome to pick your favorite from the Agent Profiles or after your initial phone conversations with those agents.
Can you provide me with more than three agent referrals?
Yes, if you do not click with any of the first three agents we refer, we will interview more candidates until you are happy.
Will I receive countless sales calls from agents?
Absolutely NOT. You will only be contacted by your agent matches and you will see their complete bio information in your account. We do not sell "leads", nor do we sell your information to any third party entities. Your privacy is our top priority.
